Timberland Bible Church loves kids and welcomes them to a number of our services. We offer nursery care and age appropriate teachings for kids in 1st - 7th grade. The lessons are fun and approachable. They are each taught by committed volunteers. If you would like to see more about the material we use, please visit www.252basics.com. At Timberland Bible Church safety is very important to us. All of our teachers and volunteers have willingly cleared background checks.
Timberland Bible Church has a growing and lively youth ministry that includes BASIC Youth Fellowship (first grade - high school). We have events every Tuesday night at 6:30pm, monthly special events, and summer camps as well. Each Sunday morning, youth through 6th grade have their own teaching time where they are taught by dedicated volunteers about the gospel with age-appropriate lessons. Our youth also participate in small groups in homes during the week.
Our adult ministry - from young adults on up - focuses on leading people into growing relationships with Jesus Christ. We create environments where people are encouraged and equipped to pursue and intimate relationship with God, grow community within the church, and develop influence within the world. Our adult ministry, like each of our ministries, reflects our Seven Core Values.
We offer a variety of Pastoral Care and Counseling services, including: crisis counseling, family counseling, marriage counseling, and personal counseling. We can also provide references for further help. Please email us if you are interested in learning more about our Pastoral Care services. In the case of an emergency, please get in touch with the appropriate authorities.
At Timberland Bible Church, we believe that discipleship is an integral part of the Christian faith. At it's roots, discipleship is about believers learning the gospel, growing in faith, and living out the gospel in the world. We see discipleship happing in these three areas: know, grow, and go.
There are a number of opportunities for you to volunteer and engage with the Timberland community. If you are interested in becoming more involved in Timberland Bible Church or looking for ways to help in our broader community, contact us, email us or find one of our elders on Sunday morning.
God has blessed us with talented musicians who serve by offering contemporary music and fresh interpretations of traditional hymns. Our worship is not about being entertained, but about preparing our hearts and minds to hear the Word of God and properly respond to it. As a part of our worship, we partake in Communion together and give offerings in support of God's work here and elsewhere. Our worship times are casual, reflective, and open to all.
